=======================================================

MC: Milton! It is time to get up and get ready for Sunday School!
Come on kids. Help me get Milton up. I think we will have to yell
real loud. (1,2,3,- MILTON!)

PUPPET: Oh, Oh, Oh! What was that noise! Was there an explosion? An
earthquake? Did a meteror strike?

MC: Good Morning Milton! That was the children calling you to get
up for Sunday School.

PUPPET: Oh, no! I almost forgot! Today is the day of the puppets!
Where are the puppets?

MC: Well, there aren't any right now...we...

PUPPET: What? No puppets! I knew it! You were just tricking me to
get me to come to your dumb Sunday School.

MC: Milton! Don't get nasty with me! I was about to say that
there weren't any puppets right now, but in a little while you are
going to see a puppet.

PUPPET: Oh, alright then. You promise? So, what are we going to do
now?

MC: Right now we are going to talk about the WORDLESS BOOK.

PUPPET: What? A wordless book. Now how in the world are we going to
talk without using words?

MC: Milton, we are going to talk about a book, a book that doesn't
have any words in it. The title of the book is "THE WORDLESS BOOK"
You remember the Wordless Book from last week, don't you?

PUPPET: Of course I remember the Wordless book. I remember
everything. It's that book with colored pages, every page is a
different color and every color means something different.

MC: Exactly, Good you remember. Let's review the wordless book.
What does the first page mean.

PUPPET: Dah? The first page ... dah...the first page means the
beginning of the book!

MC: No, No, No! Milton what color is the first page? And what
does that color mean?

PUPPET: Oh, I'm sorry! I see what you mean. The first
page...dah...Let me see. The first page is .... ahhh...Brown and that
means the book is dirty. It's a dirty book. Hah!

MC: Milton, the first page isn't brown, its green. And green
represents the eternal life that God wants everyone to have.

PUPPET: I was gonna say that! I just got confused.

MC: Milton, you know what I think? I think you don't remember the
book at all!

PUPPET: I do remember the book! Its just that...its just that I'm...

MC: Yes, I'm waiting...

PUPPET: I'm color blind. I can't see the colors. Colors get all
mixed up for me. You know brown looks like green, blue looks like
purple, red looks like green.

MC: Milton, I never knew that! I'm sorry that must be a terrible
disease. I am sorry, but OK I know, let's review the verse that we
memorized last week. OK? Say the verse.

PUPPET: Dah..."the verse!"

MC: No, Milton, say Matthew 19:14 - How does the verse go?

PUPPET: The verse doesn't go anywhere it just stays right there in
the Bible!

MC: Milton, stop kidding around, let's get serious. Say the
verse that we memorized last week, found in Matthew 19:14.

PUPPET: OK! Here goes..."Suffer the little (how am I doing, huh?)...
rug rats to come unto me, get in their way.... or you'll get trampled
to death!" (last part said rapidly)

MC: Milton, NO! NO! NO! You forgot the verse! Why didn't you
practice the verse at home?

PUPPET: Well I wanted to...but I couldn't!

MC: You couldn't? Why not?

PUPPET: Because 10 robbers broke into my house last week and tied me
up, and robbed me. Yeh, and they took my Bible so I couldn't study
the verses.

MC: Milton, I don't believe you. This is something you made up.
Are you telling a lie? 10 robbers?

PUPPET: Would you believe 5 robbers?

MC: NO!

PUPPET: One robber?

MC: NO, Milton. You know you are sinning right now. You just
told me a lie and in front of all these people. You just showed us
that your heart is black with sin and needs to be cleaned. I'm very
disappointed in you. You know Milton, you need to ask for
forgiveness.

PUPPET: OK. I'm sorry! Please forgive me this little white lie,
please!

MC: Milton, I forgive you, but I can't wash away your sin. I
can't clean your dirty heart. Only God can do that. Only God can
wash away our sins and make us whiter than snow, clean and spotless
again. You have to ask God to forgive you. Will you ask God to wash
away your sin in the blood of Jesus right now?

PUPPET: Ok, (pause, then lifts head up to heaven and yells) HEY, GOD
I NEED TO TALK TO YOU!

MC: Milton, what are you doing?

PUPPET: I'm talking to God.

MC: No, that is not how we talk to God. God is not deaf. God is
not way off in heaven that you have to yell. Let me share with you
the wordless book again so you will know how your heart can become
clean. OK? Now be quiet for a moment while I explain this wonderful
book.

(MC explains the wordless book facing the audience so all can see.

PUPPET: OK. I get it now. Jesus wants to come into my heart so I
don't have to yell up to God any more, and he will wash my heart from
sin, and he will come into my heart and help me not to tell any more
lies. I'd like to do that right now. Can I go now I want to invite
Jesus into my heart in the quietness of my room.

EXITS: Now MC gives an invitation to boys and girls to receive
Jesus and ask God's forgiveness too.
