MC: Milton, It's time for Sunday School!

PUPPET: I hear you! I'm still eating breakfast.

MC: It's not time to be thinking about breakfast. Shake a leg and get
ready. You're still in your pajamas.

PUPPET: Boy, how come you got me up so early? It still have to get
dressed, take a bath, and comb my hair... Wait a moment! (He begins
making noises from within the ark, garglings, brushing teeth,
splashing water, etc.) OK, I'm ready! (Pops his head up) Have a look.
I'm a new person, clean and without any sin!

MC: Wow! That must mean you received Jesus as your Savior.

PUPPET: No, I didn't need to do that. I just cleaned up my act. I
sused that mirror you gave me and I took a bath, brushed my teeth, and
combed my hair. I even cleaned my nails!

MC: That's not what I was trying to say with the mirror Milton. I said
the mirror shows us what we look like on the outsede. The Bible shows
us what we look like on the inside where only God can see and only the
blood of Jesus can clean our hearts from sin. You only cleaned
yourself on the outside!

PUPPET: Yuk!!! I don't want to get dirty with Jesus' blood all over
me. I just took a bath!

MC: No Milton, Jesus' blood doesn't get all over us and make us dirty.
His blood covers our sin from God's eyes. No one but God can see sin
and the blood of Jesus.

PUPPET: That's weird! But how can the blood of Jesus clean me if I
can't see it?

MC: That's what I've been trying to tell you. When I say the blood of
Jesus cleanses us it means his death on the cross paid the penalty for
our sins. His suffering and death on the cross satisfies God's need
for justice. It is like Jesus giving a receipt to God on our behalf
which says, PAID IN FULL! Jesus' blood doesn't get all over us, but
Jesus comes into hearts and lives, though we can't see him, and he
takes away our sins leaving us clean and spotless. Milton, have you
asked Jesus to come into your heart?

PUPPET: But if I can't see Jesus how can I talk to him?

MC: You can talk to Jesus anytime, anywhere, about anything. You can
talk to him right now. Just bow your head and close your eyes and
praying these words; "Dear Jesus, I know I am a sinner. I know my
heart is dirty and I cannot make it clean. Please come into my heart
and take away my sins. Amen! (Milton repeats each phrase)

PUPPET: Do you think God really forgave me and took away my sins?

MC: Of course I do. God promised it in his word the Bible: "If we
confess our sins, he (God) is faithful and just to forgive us our sins
and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness." - (that means dirtyness)

PUPPET: Really! Wow! I am forgiven. I am clean!!! I even feel
different inside.

MC: That is because you invited Jesus to come into your heart, and he
did.

PUPPET: That's fantastic! I've got to go and tell my friends in the
Ark what Jesus did for me. Maybe I can help clean them up too.
(Leaves)

MC: Bye Milton, See you next week.
