Ramadan |
Ramadan is the Muslim holy month for fasting and prayer. It runs from January 10 to February 8, 1996. To coincide with this the Christian community all over the world is being called to humble themselves before God and interceed on behalf of unreached Muslim peoples within the 10/40 Window. |

Prayer |
There are many prayer strategies and plans. Pick one and stick to it throughout the month of Ramadan. Pray at the top of every hour for 3 minutes about some specific requests for Muslims. Dedicate 5 minutes of you devotional time to bow prostrate on the floor and cry out to God for unreached peoples each day. Pray with a group of at least 3 believers every day to together call on the Lord for Muslims. |
January 7
Fasting |
Study the Biblical motives and patterns for fasting and prayer. Read what great men of God had to say about their experiences fasting. Fast and pray the whole month if God burdens you to do so. Fast only one specific meal a day if you can, or two meals a day if you are able. |

Adopt An |
Unreached people are unreached because no one has cared about sending the Gospel to them. God has called us to get the Gospel to every creature. One individual, one family, or one church can make a difference. Prayer changes things. Seek the Lord for a burden for one unreached people group. When that burden comes, adopt that group into your life and do everything in your power and influence to support the work of reaching them for Christ. |

Prayer |
Prayer is not a ritual, a game, or a religious institution. Prayer is war against the enemy of our souls. Everything about prayer for the unreached is spiritual warfare. Before our prayers affect people they must affect the unseen world of spiritual principalities and powers that hold men in sin, blindness, and superstitions. Only God can set the prisoner free, but he uses us in assaulting the strong walls of the enemy's fortresses. Learn to pray with authority. Learn to pull down strongholds. |

Guinea, Africa |
The Malinke tribe is the largest ethnic group in Guinea comprising 34 percent (1,700,000) of that country. Most of the Malinke live in the Upper Guinea though there is a large concentration of this ethnic group in the Forest Region as well. Because of their penchant for trading, they have migrated to every section of the country and thus their language is becoming the trade language for Guinea. The Malinke are almost totally Muslim, very few have ever been converted to Christ. |

Guinea, Africa |
The 800,000 Susu of coastal Guinea make up 17% of the country's total population. The Susu who live further inland are primarily traders and farmers, but those living closer to the coastal regions rely heavily on fishing, gathering oil and coconut for their livelihood. They also rely on the marabous. These are the Muslims who practice a form of witchcraft in order to heal the sick or divine the mysteries of everyday circumstances. Pray against Satan's power that bind the Susu in darkness and superstition. |
